Microlab 600 Diluters are highly precise syringe pumps with a graphical user interface designed to quickly and easily dilute and dispense liquids. This positive displacement system provides better than 99 % accuracy, independent of a liquid’s viscosity, vapor pressure and temperature. The inert fluid path minimizes sample carry over and improves compatibility with harsh chemicals.
Dilution with a Disposable Tip
Protect Your Samples from Contamination
For biological samples where cells are cultured or DNA is amplified a disposable tip may be preferred. In this case the sample is aspirated and dispensed using the disposable tip which is then discarded prior to dispensing the diluent.
Hamilton ML 600 Single, Dual, and Continuous Reagent Dispensers
A MICROLAB 600 configured as a double syringe diluter can dilute by a ratio of 1:50000 in a single step. This significantly reduces preparation time and buffer consumption. After each sample, the tubing is flushed with diluent. This avoids sample carryover even for the most sensitive applications, e.g. for:

Single Syringe Dispensers
The Single Syringe Dispenser is the lowest cost system with one dedicated syringe pump for medium throughput dispensing applications. Precision stepper motors automatically refill the syringe from a reservoir considerably improving speed and accuracy compared to traditional laboratory equipment like serological and repeating pipettes.
Dual Syringe Dispensers
